Courtesy Call on the Minister of Education and Innovation
The President of Sabah Computer Society, Ms Karen Wong, together with eight of the Executive Committee paid a courtesy call on the Minister of Education and Innovation, YB Datuk Dr Yusof B. Yacob, on 26 October 2018. Also attended by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Datuk Bruno Vun, Ms Karen briefed the Minister on the activities that the Society had implemented in the years 2017-2018 and also various future plans.
The Minister expressed his support and appreciation for all the efforts of the Society and encouraged the EXCO to look further into expanding its activities to communities in other areas of Sabah, and also to use technology for innovations to benefit the people.
